Fearnley Procter International quality management system certification to Spec Q1 (API) and Spec Q2 (API) standards with ISO 9001 soon to follow.
We believe combining the content of these three Quality Management Systems with our own end product knowledge and operations experience will provide a unique service that will benefit both the end user and the supplier.
Manufacturers and service supply organisations may apply for one or more of these certifications, perhaps even bundling them with NS-1™ or NS-2™ Accreditations. To bring efficiency and costs savings, Fearnley Procter International will organise single, simultaneous, annual audits to verify ongoing compliance to all these specifications and to highlight deficiencies that could lead to costly Non-Productive Time.

> AWARENESS TRAINING COURSES (1 day)
When you implement Spec Q1 and/or Spec Q2 we are here to ensure you get the most out of your Quality Management System and make the process as smooth as possible. Engagement of people is also important and to successfully implement Spec Q1 and/or Spec Q2 you must make sure that your whole business is on board. You may also need to make sure that people are trained to effectively implement Spec Q1 and/or Spec Q2. Our one-day courses help that process.
> INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING COURSES (3 days)
Learn how to audit the processes of a Spec Q1/Q2 Quality Management System (QMS). An ineffective audit can mean severe consequences; resulting in process failure, customer dissatisfaction and regulatory noncompliance. We can enhance your auditing skills and boost your internal audit capabilities to Spec Q1 or Spec Q2. Gain confidence in planning and performing an effective audit, as well as reporting and taking action where necessary.
> LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING COURSES (5 days)
This course will allow you develop the knowledge and skill required to conduct a full audit of an organisations Quality Management System (QMS) internally and externally to Spec Q1 or Spec Q2 and gain the confidence to effectively audit a QMS in accordance with internationally recognised best practice techniques.
